If you’re having trouble accessing your Scanshop India account, the Help with Password section provides guidance on resetting or updating your password securely.
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Go to the Login page.
- Click Lost your password?
- Enter your registered email address or username.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
If you know your current password and want to update it:
- Sign in to your account.
- Open My Account > Account Details.
- Enter your current password.
- Create and confirm your new password.
- Click Save Changes.
For better security, your password should:
- Be at least 8 characters long.
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Contain numbers and special characters.
- Avoid using personal information or common words.
- Make sure you’re using the email address registered with your account.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t receive the password reset email.
- Use the latest password if you’ve recently changed it.
