If you no longer need an order, you may be able to cancel it before it has been processed or shipped.
- Sign in to your Scanshop India account.
- Go to My Account > Orders.
- Locate the order you want to cancel.
- If the order is eligible, select the available Cancel option or contact our support team for assistance.
Your order may be canceled if:
- It is still being processed.
- It has not yet been packed or shipped.
- The cancellation request is submitted before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may not be able to cancel it. After delivery, you can check whether the item qualifies for a return according to the seller’s return policy.
