Welcome to the Scanshop India Affiliate Program. Our affiliate program allows individuals, influencers, content creators, and marketing partners to promote Scanshop products through unique referral codes and earn commissions on eligible purchases.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The Scanshop India Affiliate Program allows registered affiliates to promote our products using their unique referral codes.
Affiliates can earn commissions of up to 12% on eligible purchases made using their assigned referral codes.
The exact commission percentage will be determined by Scanshop India.
To participate in the Scanshop India Affiliate Program:
- Affiliates must provide accurate registration information.
- Affiliates must promote Scanshop products honestly and responsibly.
- Affiliates must comply with applicable laws and program guidelines.
- Scanshop India reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications.
- Affiliates can earn commissions of up to 12% on eligible purchases.
- The exact commission percentage will be determined by Scanshop India.
- Commission rates may vary depending on products, promotional campaigns, or affiliate arrangements.
- Scanshop India reserves the right to modify commission rates and commission structures.
- Commissions will apply only to eligible purchases that meet the program requirements.
Note: The applicable commission rate will be communicated or displayed to affiliates by Scanshop India.
Scanshop India tracks affiliate sales using unique referral codes assigned to registered affiliates.
- Each affiliate will receive a unique referral code from Scanshop India.
- Customers can use the referral code when placing an order on the Scanshop India website.
- Eligible purchases made using the referral code may qualify for affiliate commissions.
- Commission attribution will be determined based on Scanshop India’s tracking records.
- Affiliates must not misuse, manipulate, or engage in fraudulent activities involving referral codes.
- Scanshop India reserves the right to verify referral transactions before approving commissions.
Affiliate commissions will be processed after the successful completion of the customer’s order.
- Commissions become eligible for withdrawal after the customer’s order is completed and meets the applicable program requirements.
- Affiliates must provide a valid UPI ID to receive commission payments.
- Affiliates can request a withdrawal of their available commission balance.
- Scanshop India will process eligible payout requests within 2–3 business days after the withdrawal request is submitted.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate UPI details.
- Commissions associated with cancelled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted.
- Additional verification may be required before payments are released.
Scanshop India reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account at its discretion, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this policy.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for reasons including:
- Violation of this Affiliate Policy.
- Fraudulent activities or manipulation of referral codes.
- Misleading or unauthorized promotional activities.
- Misuse of Scanshop India branding.
- Failure to comply with affiliate program requirements.
Scanshop India may also discontinue an affiliate’s participation in the program for business or operational reasons.
Any pending commissions will be reviewed according to the applicable terms, including adjustments for cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading claims about Scanshop products.
- Use spam emails or unauthorized marketing methods.
- Misrepresent themselves as Scanshop India employees.
- Use Scanshop branding in a misleading manner.
- Manipulate clicks, orders, or referral codes.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Promote Scanshop products through illegal or inappropriate content.
Violations may result in commission cancellation, account suspension, or termination.
Commissions are applicable only to qualifying purchases that meet the program requirements.
If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, or identified as fraudulent, Scanshop India may withhold, reverse, or adjust the associated commission.
Orders must meet the applicable eligibility conditions before commissions are approved for payout.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Scanshop India when promoting products through referral codes.
Promotional content must be honest, transparent, and must not mislead customers about the affiliate’s relationship with Scanshop India.
Scanshop India reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or its terms, subject to applicable laws.
Changes to commission rates, payout conditions, or other program terms may be communicated to affiliates through appropriate channels.
Affiliate information will be handled in accordance with Scanshop India’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Affiliates must not collect, use, or share customer information without proper authorization.
