Once your order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation confirming that your purchase has been received.
The confirmation lets you know that your order has been recorded and is being prepared for processing by the seller.
After your order is confirmed:
- Your order is received by the seller.
- The seller begins processing your order.
- You’ll receive updates as your order progresses through different stages.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking information may become available (if applicable).
You can view your order at any time by:
- Signing in to your Scanshop India account.
- Going to My Account > Orders.
- Selecting the order to view its current status and history.
A confirmation email is typically sent to your registered email address after your order has been placed successfully.
If you don’t receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder and ensure your email address is correct.
- An order confirmation does not necessarily mean your order has been shipped.
- Order status updates will be available as your order is processed.
- Keep your confirmation email or order number for future reference.
